“Dr. Neale” was raised in the Midwest, spending her early years in southern Minnesota before moving to central Illinois. She attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Pre-Professional Studies in 2021. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree with highest honors from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2025. During her time at Indiana University, Dr. Neale was a member of several professional organizations, including the American Optometric Student Association, the American Academy of Optometry, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity, and the Private Practice Club. One of her most meaningful experiences in optometry school was participating in a trip to Jamaica to provide vision care and glasses to elementary school children.

Dr. Neale joined Horizon EyeCare in 2025 and is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care and takes pride in educating each patient about their eye health and vision needs. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Minnesota Optometric Association.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Neale enjoys reading, going for walks with her golden retriever, and spending time with friends and family. She resides in Elko New Market with her husband, Matt, who works as a Cybersecurity Architect for Jack Link’s.
